Returns

  • You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • Certain items such as perishable goods, intimate products, and gift cards cannot be returned.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you about the status of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping fee will be deducted (unless the return is due to our error).

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. If you need an exchange, please contact us at support@thegreatoffer.shop.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale items or clearance items cannot be refunded.

  • Personalized or custom-made products are non-refundable unless defective or damaged.
